Shipping Policy
Who is responsible for fulfilling and shipping orders to buyers?
Sellers on Folast Marketplace are responsible for completing orders and shipping them to customers within the time specified by Folast for each shipping method. At the same time, vendors must update the order shipping status on Folast. For more details, please visit our Terms Of Service For Seller.
In addition, there are also some stores operated by Folast. Folast will be responsible for fulfilling and shipping orders for these stores.
Shipping Time
After placing an order on the website, your order will go through the order processing process before being shipped. To estimate delivery time, please consider the following factors when calculating the typical season Estimated Delivery Date:

Handling time: 2 - 3 business days
Once your payment is verified, your order will go into processing, order processing time usually lasts from 2-3 business days, depending on the product you purchased.

Transit time: based on shipping method
Once the order is processed, it will be shipped to your address, shipping time will depend on the shipping method you have chosen.
Estimated shipping times are listed below:

Standard Shipping: 7 - 11 business days

Premium Delivery: 5 - 9 business days

Express Delivery: 3 - 7 business days
The total time from when you place your order to when your order is sent to you is estimated based on the chosen shipping method.
*Please note:
Holiday and peak seasons: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, it may take additional 7 days for both domestic delivery.
Global Shipping Times:
Currently our e-commerce platform is only available in Hongkong and the United States. Therefore, international shipping methods to other countries are not available.
Shipping Status:
You can check the Shipping status of your order right on your Folast User account by:

Log in to your Folast account with the email you used to place your order

Access the Orders section

Select the order you want to check the shipping status, click Action "View"

Scroll down to the bottom of the Order information page and there will be a Shipping status section.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link for your order. Please allow 3-5 days for the delivery unit to scan your package. If you check this link and see that there is no shipping information yet, this means that the shipping carrier has not yet processed your package. Once your package is scanned into the system by the shipping unit, shipping tracking information will appear on the tracking website.
If after the expected delivery date your order still falls into one of the following cases, please contact our customer support team:

Your US domestic order is still in transit after 10 business days from the shipping date.
Order In Waiting Line
After you pay, your order will be placed in a queue before it is sent to the order taker, this process takes 4 hours, during these 4 hours you can change the order details ( size, color, quantity) or cancel the order without incurring any additional fees.

Orders shipping within Hongkong: Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for Standard Shipping package in Hongkong.
Total shipping time: 7-11 business days.
International order shipping fees
Currently our e-commerce platform is only available in the United States and Hongkong. Therefore, international shipping methods are not available.
Shipping The Order To Multiple Addresses
Fulfillers ship only to single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.
Shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses
If you enter an address and the item is not eligible to be shipped to that address, an error message will appear at checkout. Check the item's product detail page for eligibility.
When entering billing information, set City to APO, FPO, or DPO, State/Province/Region to AA, AE, or AP, and Country/Region to the United States when shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO. Standard shipping deliveries may take up to 40-45 days to arrive at these addresses. Please note that once your parcel has entered a military area, we will not be able to update the shipping status due to security reasons.
Note: Only available for POX box or Military APO/FPO within the US.
Lost Items
If you do not receive your package within 30 days (exclude APO/FPO addresses) of placing your order, we will issue a full refund for your order, for details please refer to the Refund Policy page.
VAT taxes
All product prices displayed on our website have been inclusive of any requisite taxes. The listed price is the exact amount you’ll be charged, ensuring no additional tax fees at checkout.
