Community Policy
This means that we are keen to ensure that our community engages with us in a safe environment that is free from exploitation. These Folast Content Terms of Service together with the Community Policy and the Folast Community Standards (as defined below) are intended to provide for smooth operation of the Folast Platform, therefore ensuring the proper experience for all the Folast Platform and Service Users.
Unless otherwise defined herein in the Community Policy and Community Standards, any capitalized term used in this document will be defined in the same manner as defined in the Folast Content Terms of Use.
1. Adherence to Terms of Service Regarding Content, Community Policy, and Community Standards
1.1. All users of the Folast Platform and / or Services must adhere to the rules outlined in the document called “Folast’s Terms of Service Regarding Content” as well as the Folast Community Policy and Community Standards currently available on the Platform and as may be amended from time to time by Folast.
1.2. Through use and/or interaction with Folast Platform, You acknowledge and sign to the Folast Community policy and any guidelines or terms of use as well as terms of service concerning access and usage of content and service of Folast as a whole, which is reflected in this document and consists of the terms of use, the terms of service concerning content and privacies of Folast, Folast’s policy on privacy, and any further Kindly take your time and read through each of these documents(A as they may be updated from time to time) If you do not agree with any of these documents or the terms herein please cease using the Folast Platform and Services.
1.3. We can make Changes to the Community Policy and Community Standards from time to time and at any time whatsoever. These Changes will take effect as soon as such Changes are posted on the Folast Platform without any notice to you, and you expressly agree that such posting will be sufficient to put you on notice of any such Changes. You should check for the latest Terms here below. SUBJECT TO YOUR SUPPORTING ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF FOLAST PLATFORM YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED CHANGES. If you do not accept such changes, you disagree to them and you must not continue to access or use the Folast platform.
2. Community Standards
2.1. The Folast Community Policy sets out the rules of conduct when you access or use the Folast Platform and Services. This Policy is to be read in conjunction with the Folast Community Standards (“Community Standards”). The Community Standards set out guidelines for the types of Content that are prohibited under the rules of conduct set out in this Community Policy. You can view the Community Standards here.
3. Folast's Enforcement Rights
3.1. If you violate the rules set forth in Folast's Community Policy and Community Standards, Folast may, at its sole discretion, take one or more of the following actions without prior notice or warning to the User:If you violate the rules set forth in Folast's Community Policy and Community Standards, Folast may, at its sole discretion, take one or more of the following actions without prior notice or warning to the User:

Suspend, cancel or eliminate the right to access to the website and/or the operation of the User/Vendor account.

Such reviews should be restricted from social media platforms, communication tools or any other related services.

Delete and/or alter Concerned Content or data messages;

Suspending any privileges extended to User/Vendor;

Cancel any reward earned in the Account of the User;
-
Rescind, revoke or frustrate any business initiated, transacted or executed by the User on the Folast Platform;
-
Where the violation was committed by a Vendor, cancel or rescind the partnership with that Vendor, thus resulting to store closure.
However, please bear in mind that enforcement actions may be taken not necessarily for the violation of the Folast Community Policy or Community Standards – for instance violation of the other existing policies relating to usage of the Folast Platform or services for accessing the Folast Platform, acts based on yet; security complaints or based on the court orders and so on.The present enforcement actions may be taken not exclusively for violating the Folast Community Policy
The following rules and enforcement actions are not exclusive and Folast retains the right to carry out other enforcement actions and or demand other remedial actions that include reporting the violator to the authorities of law or to any other lawful authority if any User is found to have violated any of the terms set down herein.
3.2. If you find any violation of the community rules mentioned above, you should report the violating User or Content to our support directly through the link.
4. Community Policy
All Users/Sellers must comply with the following rules when accessing or using the Folast Platform and/or the Services:
4.1. Respect in Interaction
Maintaining Respect and Civility
In order to ensure that our relations with other users are peaceful, all conversations held within the platform have to be polite. This means both spoken and physical communication or rather touching base with the other person. The casts are not permitted to engage in any kinds of abusive language including Hate speech statements, threats and the like. For example, do not forget about such things as respecting people even when you are writing comments for their products or services, at the moments of misunderstandings with the sellers. If you feel offended or insulted by a particular user’s content, do not try to insult the user back but rather report him using the right channel.
Prohibited Content
With this policy, clients cannot upload or submit information that is libel, slanderous, obscene, harassing, threatening, discriminant, or in any way inciting. This covers but is not restricted to sexual connotations; prejudice; death or calls for violence; expressions of suicidal intent.
Respect for Minors
Any kind of sexually explicit content from the show is not allowed. These are incorporated in form of images or videos or even descriptions that depict sexually provocative material involving minors or other adults or any kind of pornography.
Violence and Harm
Any graphic and violent content, or the ‘how-to’ content that incites, leads or encourages others to perpetrate violence against individuals and animals or destruct properties is prohibited. It also includes content which is related to death, fatal accidents, injuries, cruelties, physical violence, fights or any form of torture.
Dangerous Challenges
Users will not share content that details, encourages or follows any dangerous trend or challenge.

4.2. Data Protection
No spamming: When using the Folast Platform or other means of communication with other users within or outside the application, do not use any Apps to send messages that are unwanted.
No irrelevant content: Prohibited Content include but is not limited to post containing promotions, information unrelated to Folast, URLs, apps, QR codes or content that is irrelevant and unrelated to the Platform.
Respectful discourse: It is forbidden to insult other Users, or, in other words, express attitudes towards User’s opinions which are different from their own ones, including, for example, creating several accounts and using them to post content or joining several communities to post the same content.
No malicious content: Avoid posting contents that include malicious code such as viruses, malware or any other code that may harm the users’ devices.
Prohibited automated use: This policy prohibits one from creating, advertising, employing or implementing any type of program, hardware or scripting, automatism, bot or other procedures for the purpose of gathering information or copying files at the Platform.
No automated actions: Importantly, do not use ,bots,’ which are automatically designed processes for access, addition, or download of contact information.
No personal information sharing: Please do not ask, share, publish, sell or exchange personal or financial details of any person or use the information acquired in the Platform in a way that is prohibited by the Folast Tos and Policy. Writing material and posts that contain prohibited and unlawful contents including elements like criminal activities, involvement with criminal organizations, betting and any unlawful financial proceedings, fraudulent or false information.
4.3. Safety and Compliance

The user shall not be able to make any content that is prohibited by the law or is against the laws, regulation or any government standards.

No user shall post threats, solicitations or incite others to engage in any unlawful activities against other people.

There is no room for the creation of materials that violate someone’s copyright or other proprietary rights. Do not post content to/from your page or other pages that you do not have the ownership or permission to share.

You may not promote or endorse things that are against the law and those include violence, fraud and use of prohibited substances.

Specifically, you should not use any form of cheating, such as fake advertisement or fake reviews.
4.4. Community Responsibility

Do not post false or misleading advertisements to encourage Users to click on your post or product page.

Be truthful. Do not impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent yourself. Do not post false or misleading advertisements or misrepresent information related to your products and services.

Do not post Content that intentionally misleads Users into believing that such content is an official Lazada event or Lazada company message; do not intentionally post Content that is satirical, related to self-harm or harm to others; Content that encourages or promotes the misuse or dangerous use of a product; and do not make exaggerated claims about the effectiveness of a product.

Do not post or share Content that supports any terrorist organization or dangerous individual in any format (text, image, video, live stream, emoji, etc.).

Do not post or share any politically sensitive Content in any format (text, image, video, live stream, emoji, etc.).

Do not post any Content that hinders public health activities or activities that lead to public health risks.

4.5. Protection of Minors
Prohibited Content: Employees and Members may not place any Content directly or indirectly relating to Minors (persons below the legal age for entering into contract as per the prevailing laws in your jurisdiction) without prior permission in writing from such Minor’s parent or legal guardian.
Harmful Content: Anything that is likely to cause harm to the health of the Minors should not be posted. Examples include content that:

Concerning sexual actions committed by Minors, sexual abuse of Minors, or production of pornography that contains Minors.

Promotes risky behaviours including physical ones, which may include competition, pranks, and risky actions.

Encourages possession and or consumption of any item or substance considered prohibited for Minors such as liquor.

Identify and explain two forms of abuse: Physical and sexual.
Inappropriate Interactions: Such users may not be involved in such inappropriate communication with the Minors. Examples include:

Grooming, where a person develops a rapport with a Minor with intention of having sexual conduct, misuse, or exploitation of the Minor.

The request or transmission of provocative messages and media and other indecent material such as pornography.

Soliciting in-person meetings.
